Otto and Bear’s Letters is a subscription based service where 1 letter is emailed each month to the provided email address over a period of 12 months.

All subscriptions will automatically cancel after 12 months.

If you choose the monthly subscription option, your card will be charged, and your subscription will renew on a monthly basis. If you choose the yearly subscription, you will be billed once with no recurring billing.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and updating your subscription. If there are remaining letters for the month, they will be emailed, and the subscription will not renew.

To update your email address, change or cancel your subscription, you must do this through your account created at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at  hello@ottoandbearsletters.com to amend or cancel your subscription.

It is your responsibility to update your email address before letters are emailed.  We are not responsible for any letters sent to the wrong email address due to address changes or incorrect email addresses, but should this happen, we will happily resend any letters missed.

Email address changes must be made at least 1 week prior to send dates for us to update our system in time.
