REFUND POLICY 

As the sole writer and sole illustrator of Otto & Bear's Letters, it's important you truly love your experience. If for any reason you are not happy with Otto and Bear’s Letters, you may cancel your subscription and we will refund any remaining portion of your subscription if eligible.

 

YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

If for any reason you choose to cancel within the first month (no more than 1 letter has been emailed to you) we will refund your subscription in full.

 

If it has been more than one month or you have received 2 or more letters:

​

Any remaining letters for the month will be emailed, and you will receive a refund of the yearly subscription price, minus any months you have received letters at the monthly subscription price.

Example: You wish to cancel on month 3 (3 letters mailed), therefore you would be refunded £39.

(£54 minus 3 months at £5.00/month )

 

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

Any remaining letters for the month will be emailed, and your subscription will not renew the following month.

​PAUSING SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

You may put your subscription on hold if needed. Your card will not be charged and the subscription will automatically renew when your account is reactivated. To put your subscription on hold, please contact us at hello@ottoandbearsletters.co.uk

​Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. All refunds will be made to the card used at checkout.
